Crypto and wallet security
With crypto you are your own bank. That also means nobody will get your money back if something goes wrong. I help you find the gaps before someone else does.
Why it matters
Most crypto isn't lost to broken cryptography, but to ordinary human mistakes and clever scams. Think of a photo of your seed phrase in the cloud, a malicious signature you approve by accident, or a copied address that is almost, but not quite, yours. These risks are very manageable once you know where they are.
What I do
- Wallet security check. I go through how your wallets, backups, devices and accounts are set up. You get a report with a risk score and an action list in order of importance.
- Cold storage and multisig. I help you set up a hardware wallet or multisig securely, including a backup strategy, a recovery test and a plan for if something happens to you.
- Approvals and signing. We review open token approvals together, and I teach you to recognise what you're actually signing, such as permit signatures and delegations.
- Exchange and account security. I help with hardware security keys instead of SMS codes, withdrawal whitelists and protection against SIM swapping.
- Incident support. Think something has gone wrong? We act fast: secure the remaining funds, revoke approvals and document what happened.
What I never do
I never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords, and I never sign or send transactions on your behalf. Everything I check, I do together with you or from public data. Anyone who does ask for your seed phrase is, by definition, not to be trusted.
What you get
- A clear overview of your risks, in plain language
- A step-by-step plan you can carry out yourself, or that we carry out together
- A checklist to periodically review your own security
